In an effort to keep everyone safe, we are asking patients experiencing Flu-like symptoms (Fever, Cough, Runny Nose, Sore Throat, and Shortness of Breath)

Please reschedule your appointment if you:
Have traveled to any country outside the U.S. within 14 days of your appointment.
Have been on a cruise ship within 14 days of the appointment.
Have been in contact with anyone that tested positive for COVID-19.
Believe that you may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Visitor Restrictions: We are not allowing any visitors to accompany a patient into the office (with the exception of compassionate elderly client, a legal guardian of minor patients and interpreter).
Wear a mask: We kindly request that everyone that is arriving for an appointment come with a face mask, including children.
